The Audi e-tron Spyder concept car and the Audi Q5 hybrid quattro were on show at the Le Mans 24 Hours.
Audi used the event to showcase the Audi e-tron Spyder to the large audience. As part of the "Le Mans vers le futur" presentation the prototype featuring an electric powertrain was seen on the track. The Audi 3-tron spyder can produce 388hp with its two electric motors and TDI engine. Joining the Audi e-tron Spyder was the Audi Q5 hybrid quattro, which will go on sale before the end of 2011.
The Audi R8 GT Spyder also made its debut on the friday night before the 24 Le Mans race, driven by the former Le Mans winner, MArco Werrner.
