Avis Adds First Volvo Models To Rental Fleet

Avis UK has recently added two Volvo models to its fleet. The S80 SE and V70 models are an excellent fit with the Avis brand. With their renowned safety features Volvo cars meet a large number of health & safety at work directives relating to corporate drivers, an increasingly important consideration for businesses.

The Volvo S80 SE is a luxurious executive saloon, spacious and comfortable. The popular V70 estate offers style and performance combined with impressive load capacity. Both vehicles have award-winning safety features, including SIPS (side impact protection system) and Volvo’s front seat anti-whiplash head restraint design (WHIPS).

Both models are placed in Avis Premium Automatic vehicle group N and will be available from most Avis stations.

The introduction of the Volvo S80 and V70 onto the rental fleet highlights Avis UK’s commitment to safety, which includes a successful partnership with BRAKE, a road safety charity dedicated to stopping deaths and injuries on roads.
