Volvo Accepts The Scrappage Scheme Extension

The Volvo C30

Volvo Car UK has enjoyed considerable success under the scrappage scheme and welcomes the announcement from Lord Mandelson that the Scrappage Scheme has been extended to a further 100,000 units.

With a series of strong offers combined with an attractive model range, Volvo Car UK has taken 4,220 scrappage orders to date, over 2,000 of which have been for the Volvo C30 SportsCoupe, while the Volvo V50 Sportswagon accounted for a further 875 units.

Lord Mandelson, Business Innovation and Skills Secretary announced the scheme extension today at the Labour Party Conference.
