Volvo S60 R

How It Looks - Interior

The interior styling of the S60 R is the epitome of Swedish style combining both functional elements and understated elegance.

The cabin is beautifully crafted and our test car featured the optional atacama natural leather upholstery and although expensive at £1,270 it really enhanced the ambience of the cabin. Luxury colour coordinated floor mats and carpet complete the look

The steering wheel and handbrake lever are leather encased and the space ball gear knob (standard on the S60 R (manual only) had an aluminium ball-shaped base and the gear knob and handbrake lever are detailed with blue stitching. The colour coordinating leather inset door panels feature brushed aluminium trim. The hood above the instrument panel is trimmed in leather with blue stitching and the chronograph instrument dials are blue with silver surrounds.

In Car Entertainment and Satellite Navigation

The Volvo S60 R is equipped with a high performance sound audio system RDS 6 x CD Radio with Dolby Pro Logic II surround sound, 4x50W amplifier and 9 speakers.

Sound quality is good and steering wheel mounted controls are standard keeping your hands safely on the wheel.
