Prices Now Start From Just £6,995 On The Road
Volkswagen customers can expect to get a ‘hole’ lot more for their money this autumn, with on the road prices for the Polo supermini starting from a refreshing £6,995*.
This entry-level recommended retail price comes as a result of list price reductions on all entry-level models of £455; and, on Polo E models sold between now and 15 December 2004, an additional saving of up to £645.
Despite its low price, the Polo offers customers a high level of standard specification, with all models featuring ABS and twin front and side airbags, three-point seatbelts for all passengers, Isofix child seat preparation for two rear seats and power steering, among a host of other items.
In addition to this, the Polo also gives customers in the supermini class – and paying supermini prices – the opportunity to benefit from Volkswagen’s high levels of quality, safety and technology. This of course includes Volkswagen’s three year warranty, a three year paintwork guarantee, and, thanks to the manufacturer’s sophisticated engineering techniques, a 12 year body protection warranty.
The entry-level E trim level accounts for almost a quarter of all Polo sales. Within this, the 1.2-litre 55 PS is the most popular engine.
