Vauxhall Rental Secures GM Vehicle Replacement Business

Vauxhall Rental has successfully renegotiated its position to provide General Motors with total rental management for all its customer care, aftersales, warranty and AA vehicle replacement business.

So if the unexpected happens and a GM car or van needs to be recovered under the AA roadside assistance programme, the nearest Vauxhall Rental retailer will be the first port of call to supply a replacement vehicle.

Vauxhall Rental has been established for 30 years, and has over 150 retailer-based offices throughout the UK, and with a fleet of more than 5,000 cars and vans.

It provides corporate customers with full access to real time rental management information reports, central reservations and billing and an online web-based booking facility. The services provided extend to P11d information, MID updates and comprehensive real time management information.

Vauxhall Rental will fully manage the GM support programme, which will be handled from its call centre in Luton.

The objective is to ensure GM customers, whether they drive a Vauxhall or a Saab, get the keys for GM products every time when their own vehicle is off the road.
