Vauxhall Astra Estate
Externally, new Astra estate has the same styling cues as the hatch. With its V-shaped front end, eye-catching three-dimensional rear lights and large rear window, the estate is expected to continue its predecessor’s successful run - being most popular in its segment throughout Europe.
Boasting a wide selection of engines - five petrol and four diesel - and plenty of room both in the cabin and the boot - 1550 litres with the rear seats folded - the Astra estate is an ideal load lugger with strong and capable engines. It also features ingenious ideas such as an optional sliding rear bench seat and an enhanced Flex Organiser, which increases the usability of the boot area.
Technology is not forgotten in new Astra estate either as the car is available with Vauxhall’s adaptive IDSPlus chassis with electronic damping control, steering-linked AFL (Adaptive Forward Lighting) dynamic curve light and a trailer stability programme.
