Network Q Celebrates One Million Customers

Just in time for the British International Motor Show, Vauxhall’s used car programme has reached another major milestone: Network Q is celebrating selling its one millionth car since it started operating in 1991.

To mark the achievement, Network Q has refunded the full price of the car to the customer - which means that Eddie Spencer from Hinckley in Leicestershire, as well as driving off in a mint condition Astra Club Di, is now nearly £7,000 better off.

Eddie and Carol Spencer also got a day out at the Motor Show, accompanied by Hinckley dealer Martin Rumblew, who supplied the Astra.

Andy Robson, brand manager for Network Q, said: "Reaching the one million customer milestone, we believe, is testament to the continual strength of the Network Q programme. Over the years we have tried consistently to improve our service, for example through changes to the guarantee and by widening the net for cars which qualify for Network Q.

"We were voted best Manufacturer Approved Used Car Programme this year by What Car? and we will be doing all we can to stay there next year and beyond."
