Fresh Design For Corsa

The new edition Corsa, on sale in autumn, has a fresh dynamic design and a broad range of technical innovations making it more technically mature then ever.

Interior equipment on the revised Corsa includes a ‘follow me home light’ function, which delays the interior light switching off immediately after the car is parked.

On the exterior, the Corsa’s headlamps have been redesigned in a distinctive 3D shape, with three cylindrical lamps for low beam, high beam and indicators.

A newly developed 1.4 ECOTEC 90 hp petrol engine with twinport technology is available in the modified Corsa as well as the new 1.3 litre and 1.7 litre common rail turbo–diesel engines.

Not Long To Wait For The Vectra Estate

The new Vectra Estate, on sale in the autumn, will complete the Vectra family.

The Estate shares the same wheelbase as the Signum and has virtually the same load space as the Omega but with added rear legroom. A key feature is FlexOrganiser, which allows secure and clearly arranged storage compartments in the boot. Two rails are built into the rear panels and a flexible system of nets and foldable dividers can be attached to create separate cargo spaces.

A range of engines will be available, the top one being the 211 hp 3.2 V6. Other engines include the three new engines from the Signum, the 155 hp 2.2-litre petrol direct injection unit, the 175 hp 2.0 turbo and the 177 hp 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel CDTi.

Astra Attack!

Dealers are now welcoming the Euro 4 compliant Vauxhall Astra 1.7 CDTi.

Vauxhall has improved the performance of the Astra and it has greater running smoothness and hugely reduced exhaust emissions.

The combined fuel consumption is 61.4 mpg but with the Astra ECO and its enhanced aerodynamic features, the figure is increased to 64.2 mpg with a top speed of 111 mph.

As an added bonus, reaching the Euro 4 emission standard means a favourable tax treatment too.

You Can’t Get Quicker Than A Fleet Tyre Fitter!

Vauxhall’s aftersales division has launched a new single source tyre replacement service for company car and van drivers.

The Vauxhall Fleet Tyre Programme, available at more than 1,000 service locations throughout the UK covers replacement between services and during servicing as well as emergency mobile replacement.

Operated in partnership with Fit4Fleet, it gives all the drivers access to an extensive range of tyre brands at fleet rates, fitted at their convenience. Once enrolled with the service, a Fit4Fleet service card will be issued.
