Astra Coupe And Convertible Get Linea Rossa Special

Vauxhall Astra Convertible Linea Rossa

A range of very special ‘Linea Rossa’ Astra Coupe and Convertibles featuring their own unique red and black leather interiors, goes on sale this month. The new models are making their public debut at the British International Motor Show.

The new special editions are available as either Coupe or Convertible and with 1.8 16v, 2.2 (manual and auto) and 2.0 litre Turbo engine options.

Based on the standard Astra Coupe Edition and Astra Convertible, the Linea Rossa versions are fitted as standard with two-tone red and black leather interior trim. The seats, door trims, steering wheel, gear knob, sill plates and floor mats all get Linea Rossa design, while the centre console is finished in a gunmetal colour with white sports instruments with red needles. On the outside, special 17 inch alloy wheels complete the look.

Other standard equipment includes a trip computer, cruise control, ESP (Electronic Stability Program), side airbags and an alarm.

All Linea Rossa Astras are being built at the Bertone factory in Italy where the rest of the Coupe and Convertible range is also made.
