Mounted on a jagged steel stand, the new SUV takes centre stage in a giant Toyota stand at the NEC that also features displays centred on its Formula One exploits and environmental credentials.
The new Land Cruiser offers an outstanding on-road and off-road driving experience, and is the first vehicle in the world to have Hill-start Assist Control. It will be available in either three or five-door styles with a choice of petrol or diesel engines.
Toyota has also introduced an all-new 4-litre V6 engine to
the range, which powers the new Land Cruiser from 0 to 62
mph in just 9.5 seconds and on up to 112 mph.
