New Smart 'Individual' Range Launched At Mercedes-Benz Bluewater

Customers can change how their smart looks from a collection of images available exclusively through smart retailers in London, Manchester and Birmingham.
The ‘smart individual’ designs, which make their debut at Mercedes-Benz and smart Bluewater, range from zebra stripes and cheetah spots to a great white shark or the London skyline.
Robin Smart, for Mercedes-Benz and smart Bluewater, said: "The images are printed on heavy duty vinyl which is then wrapped and stuck on the removable body panels. We have come up with a number of designs - but smart drivers don’t have to let their imagination stop there. If they have a suitable image we can put anything on the cars.
"One customer who has already taken delivery of an ‘individual’ smart left the Bluewater showroom with his car featuring a large scale map of the south coast. And the beauty of smart means if you get bored with bright red tomatoes or your favourite tartan, you can swap the vinyl or the whole panel for something else."
The smart individual cars are supplied from new with prices
starting at £8,695. Customers can also contact the team
if they would like to retro-fit a design to their existing
car. The process uses the same techniques used for wrapping
adverts on buses.
