Smart City Coupe Pulse

The current model year brought a number of enhancements to the smart city-coupé and cabrio range and a new model for the UK, offering customers even more choice and value for money. The smart city-coupé now has a new look, which includes the double ellipse headlights already familiar from the smart cabrio. The tail-lights of coupé models have also been restyled.

The range now includes a smart cabrio in sporty pulse trim. An on-the-road price of £9,265 means that more customers can enjoy the pleasure of open-top motoring smart-style. The car has a 61 bhp engine and the same high level of equipment as the city-coupé pulse.

The size of the fuel tank on both city-coupé and cabrio models has been enlarged from 4.85 gallons to 7.7 gallons (22 litres to 33 litres), increasing the driving range of the car to more than 400 miles. New options available on pulse and passion models are a sliding electric glass roof and steering column “paddle” gearshift. Two new body panel colours, star blue metallic and scratch black, are also available.
