Škoda Business Sales has launched a new web-site, www.skodabusinesssales.co.uk , to meet the needs of all fleet and business users. Launched on 30 January 2003, the web-site is another key element of Škoda UK’s business sales strategy, following on from the launch of the nation-wide Škoda Business Sales Centres.
Designed with the needs of fleet managers, contract hire and leasing companies, and company car drivers in mind, the web-site encompasses a wealth of services and information.
For small businesses and fleet customers there is whole life cost information provide by the CarCost system; this is supported by motor finance options from Škoda Finance and the ability to order brochures. Company car decision-makers can also request a demonstration vehicle and log an enquiry with the Škoda Business Sales team. For the company car driver there is detailed product specification and technical information, and a company car taxation calculator.
Also developed to support the growing relationship with contract hire and leasing companies, the web-site is a tool for monitoring service, maintenance and repair data for every Škoda model.
The information available on the Škoda Business Sales web-site is available to all, as it is not password protected. Designed to be open and personal, the site also contains information about all the members of the Škoda Business Sales team and their commitment to customer care in the fleet market.
Andrew Bateman, Planning Manager for Škoda Business Sales, said, "With a fantastic range of attractive cars, which represent great value for money, more and more business users are recognising that Škoda is an obvious choice for their company needs. We are committed to ensuring that our service to business users reflects the award-winning customer care enjoyed by our retail customers. The launch of our new web-site and the support of our retailers to the new Business Sales Centres are just the first stages and I am sure that the next twelve months will be a great year and Škoda will be the brand to watch in 2003."Published 3 February 2003
