Skoda Increases Scrappage Offer on The Skoda Octavia

The Skoda Octavia
Due to the success of the Government's scrappage scheme and an especially high demand for Skodas, the Czech manufacturer is introducing an even higher discount on the Skoda Octavia range.
Customers purchasing the 1.8 TSI Skoda Octavia will now enjoy a generous £3,200 reduction at the showroom, including the Government incentive of £1,000, whilst the newly-introduced1.6 MPI Skoda Octavia S and SE models will have £2,000 support from Skoda for a total discount of £3,000, resulting in on-the-road prices from just £8,995.
The scrappage offer has also been increased on all 1.9 TDI, 2.0 TDI and vRS 2.0 TDI CR engines. These diesel engines are now available with a total discount of £3,500, including the £1,000 government incentive.
Chris Horrell, Skoda Product Marketing Manager comments: "The scrappage scheme has been a great success for Skoda, so much so that we've extended our offers across the brand to cope with demand.
"We've taken over 2,000 orders under the scheme and are confident of that figure rising further as more drivers seek to take advantage of the extended offer and Skoda's economic running costs."
