Free Insurance* On SEAT Ibiza Continues Through The Summer
Published: 4th July 2003
The Ibiza is a range of sporty 3- and 5- door hatchbacks with a
model to suit all tastes. The sprightly 64 PS 1.2-litre petrol 5-door
version was What Car? magazine’s choice not only to top the
Best Supermini list, but to be awarded its coveted Car of the Year
2003 title. But the range doesn’t stop there. The Ibiza S,
which gains ABS in conjunction with emergency brake assistance over
the base model, is available with either a 1.4 75 PS petrol engine,
a 1.9 100 PS TDi engine, or the recently introduced, advanced, frugal
1.4 litre 75 PS TDi engine.
Moving up the range the Ibiza SE gains alloy wheels, height adjustable
seats, climate control, electric windows all round, front foglamps
and alarm. It also comes with the 1.4 75 PS petrol engine but has
the option of a more powerful 100 PS 1.9 litre TDi. The final specification,
Ibiza Sport, boasts the most powerful diesel engine available in
a supermini, the 1.9 TDi 130 PS linked to a 6-speed gearbox for
sporty and dynamic driving experience. The other available Sport
engine is a 2.0 litre 115 PS petrol option which is new for the
2004 model year. In keeping with its name, Sport specification includes
16" alloys, leather steering wheel, gearknob and handbrake,
front side airbags, climate control, ABS, EBA and traction control.
Add free insurance to good looks inside and out, high specifications
including air-conditioning and CD player as standard, 3 year/60,000
mile warranty, 12 year anti-perforation warranty , 5-years SEAT
Assistance and prices starting at £8000 on the road, and the
Ibiza is truly an award-winning package of value and style.
