London Racers Team Up With SEAT

SEAT Altea
The Altea is SEAT’s most recently introduced car and the first of a distinctive new model line up which takes the brand along an even more sporty and design led route than ever before. After driving the Altea for the first time London Racers Chairman, Roger Black, said: "It’s a quite remarkable car – sporty, exciting and fun to drive. The London Racers/SEAT partnership is the perfect fit for both the product and the team. Furthermore, the link with a trusted international manufacturer is another stepping stone towards a strong foundation for ice hockey in the UK."
London Racers is the capital’s top professional ice hockey team, based at the Lee Valley Ice Centre in East London. Last year the ice hockey’s physical, action-packed games attracted over 1.5 million fans throughout the UK, making it the best supported indoor sport in Britain. The Racers will spearhead SEAT’s entrance into the world of ice hockey, and from Friday 10 September the Racer players in their emoción red SEAT Alteas will be seen at ice hockey arenas in major cities all around the UK.
Talking of the partnership SEAT’s Head of Marketing, Mark McKenna, said: "London Racers are a great partner for SEAT. Ice hockey is a fast, dynamic sport with a family oriented fan base. This link will continue to strengthen SEAT’s youthful, sporty image and give us exposure to our target audience all over the UK."
