Fleet News, the respected industry journal for fleet operators of cars and vans, has awarded the SEAT Alhambra the title of Best MPV for the third time. The Award was presented to Dominic Elms, SEAT’s National Business Sales Manager, at the Oscars-style Fleet News Awards ceremony held at Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 19 March.

The SEAT Alhambra has long been recognised by fleet and private buyers alike as one of the best MPV packages available. This has also been long recognised by Fleet News as this is the third time the Alhambra has scooped the award for Best MPV. This year the panel of twelve judges picked from eminent figures in the industry particularly praised the Alhambra for the generous specifications, low prices and quality of the SEAT dealer network which all add up to the winning package.

With prices starting at £15,995 on the road this range of versatile seven-seaters is now the best value it has ever been. It has three specification levels and a range of engine options including innovative "Pumpe Duse" diesel engines that provide petrol-like performance with diesel economy. The standard six-speed gearbox adds to the enjoyable, dynamic driving experience that is typical of a SEAT, but almost unheard of in a full-sized MPV.
