SEAT Toledo Road Test

SEAT Toledo
Build Quality
The SEAT Toledo's build quality is excellent - in fact there is little to fault. The materials used are of a good quality and it is screwed together well.
Value For Money
At £16,995 OTR the SEAT Toledo 2.0 TDI Sport is excellent value for money as it offers a high level of standard safety equipment combined with excellent levels of refinement at a very competitive price. With the introduction of new models such as the Altea and the recently launched new Leon, SEAT have lifted their profile and being part of the VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) can only improve residual values.
Overall Opinion
The SEAT Toledo appeals to the design conscious consumer who requires practicality but not at the expense of driving pleasure. It is a very likeable vehicle but in diesel guise we did find the engine noise a bit intrusive at lower speeds although the 47.9 mpg combined fuel economy figure swung it for us.
If you are looking for a well engineered, highly specified, spacious vehicle that is both fun to drive and easy to live with then the Toledo comes highly recommended.
