The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) today launched a free prize draw to win a car for motorists renewing their vehicle tax - with three new cars up for grabs each month for a year. The new SEAT Ibiza is officially one of the very safest cars in its class, following its five-star rating in the stringent Euro NCAP tests.
