The Year of the Dragon Collection provides the coice of modern or traditional marquetry, matching the customer's veneer choice which is laser cut and hand assembled into position in the veneer.
The Year of the Dragon Collection has been presented by Rolls Royce, in preparation for the festive celebrations and inspired by the creature revered in China.
Created to celebrate the ultimate symbol of power, prosperity and good fortune, the Year of the Dragon Collection has been designed by the Rolls royce bespoke team featuring a number of detailing and designs.
The twin coachline with a dragon in gold colour is hand-painted on to the side of the Rolls Royce Phantom or Phantom Extended Wheelbase. The Dragon Coachline is inspired by the Forbidden City in Bejing.
Dragon Headrest Embroidery
The leather of every headrest is emblazoned with a hand-embroidered dragon, using four colours of thread: Tan, Golden Sand, Black and White. The colours have been selected in order to complement a palette of recommended leather colour options. The design can be finished with additional seat piping.
Dragon Phantom Passenger Panel Inlay
A hand laid dragon inlay will feature on the passenger panel. The Phantom model name will also be applied in gold.
Embroidered Cushions With R-R Logo and Piping
Two hand stitched cushions are provided for rear passengers, featuring embroidered double R-R logos and piping.
All four door sills feature illuminated treadplates complete with 'Year of the Dragon 2012' highlighted in LED lighting.
