The Renault Grand Scenic - Variant Prices | Part Five

New Grand Scénic is available in four trim levels– Authentique, Expression, Dynamique and Privilège – offering a wide choice of standard equipment, engines, trims and colours to suit every pocket, while each variant offers a choice of option packs and individual options as with the Scenic.

Authentique is the entry-level model in the New Grand Scénic range and is available with one petrol engine – 115hp 1.6 16V VVT – and one diesel unit – 100hp 1.5dCi common rail diesel. All these models are fitted with a five-speed manual transmission. Each of these models is also available with manual air conditioning for £500 extra.

In addition to the core features as mentioned above, Authentique offers the following standard equipment on New Grand Scénic:

Electric front windows with driver’s side one-touch operation, electric, heated door mirrors, time delay courtesy lights, 60 Watt Radio Cassette with six speakers and fingertip remote control, ‘Slate’ grey cloth upholstery, smart wipers, and outside temperature gauge (dCi only).

Expression is the next model in the New Grand Scénic range and will add the six-speed manual 1.9 dCi 120 model to the range. It also adds the following standard equipment:

Electronic parking brake, folding front passenger seat with integrated table, automatic headlamps, front foglamps, rain sensitive automatic wipers, electrochrome rear view mirror, one-touch front and rear electric windows, air conditioning with pollen filter including cooled glovebox, 60 Watt single CD/radio with six speakers and fingertip remote control, front and rear reading lights, rear side window sun blinds, body-coloured door handles and door mirrors, lumbar adjustment for driver’s seat, adjustable front headrests and ‘Papyrus’ beige cloth upholstery.

The biggest engine and transmission choice is available on the Dynamique model – which Renault expects to be the most popular variant – with five versions. One additional engine – the 136bhp 2.0 16V VVT petrol - is added featuring both the six-speed manual transmission and four-speed automatic transmission with sequential shift manual override.

The following standard equipment is added to the Dynamique:

16-inch ‘Nervastella’ alloy wheels, satin chrome door handles, insurance approved CAT1 alarm, leather steering wheel and gear knob, and ‘Laser’ charcoal grey cloth upholstery with grey piping.

The top-of-the-range Grand Scénic is the Privilège, which is available with the three most powerful engines – 115hp 1.6 16V VVT, 136hp 2.0 16V VVT and 120hp 1.9dCi – with four-speed automatic and six-speed manual transmissions.

Privilège adds the following standard equipment:

Automatic unlocking and ignition with Hands-Free Renault Card, sliding centre storage unit, 16-inch Reinastella alloy wheels, 60 Watt underseat mounted six CD multichanger and RDS Radio with six speakers and fingertip remote control, ‘Wicker’ Beige part leather/part cloth upholstery, electrically folding door mirrors, driver’s sunglasses holder, illuminated vanity mirrors.
