Replacing the 2002 Scénic RX4 range of Expression, Privilège and Privilège Monaco, Renault has introduced a single model, Fidji, offering both the 140bhp 2.0 16V petrol engine and the 105bhp 1.9dCi common-rail diesel engine for 2003.

The Scénic RX4 Fidji model includes the following standard equipment:

Manual air conditioning, two tilt and slide electric sunroofs, body tinted bumpers and side panels, 16 inch alloy wheels, traction control, front fog lamps, trip computer, double optic headlamps, remote control central locking, electric front windows with one-shot facility on driver’s side, electrically operated and heated door mirrors, rear accessory power point, centre cooler storage box linked to air conditioning system and 60 Watt RDS Radio/single CD with six speakers and fingertip remote control.

In common with its two wheel drive Fidji brother, Scénic RX4 receives the same interior treatment with part cloth/part alcantara upholstery, plus copper coloured controls for the gear lever, electric window switches, adjusters for all seats plus a zipped pocket and can holder on the back of both front seats, replacing the aviation tables.

Scénic RX4 also features the standard safety and versatility features shared across the whole Scénic range.
