Renault has teamed up with the Royal Horticultural Society to bring its members an exclusive offer on the Renault Modus range.
Members of the world's premier gardening charity can enjoy four years / 48,000 miles free servicing on any new Renault Modus purchased before 30th September 2010.
The Royal Horticultural Society is dedicated to promoting the love of gardening and excellence in horticulture making it the ideal partner for the two-time winner of the Green Car Awards 'Small MPV' category.
Renault's relationship with the RHS has already blossomed for one green-fingered member who recently won The Garden magazine's top prize of a trip to Normandy, France. Retired professional gardener Bill Byne and his wife Ann from Milford on Sea in Lymington, Hampshire, were the lucky winners of Renault's exclusive competition to win the long weekend break which included the use of a Renault Modus and a free tank of fuel, free outbound and inbound ferry crossings, three nights' free accommodation and €200 spending money.
Of course the couple was also treated to free entry into some of the region's best gardens and received a copy of a new book on gardens in Normandy to aid their discovery.
Like many of its vehicles, Renault's Modus and Grand Modus range has a strong focus on low emissions and the environment with 13 Renault eco² versions with CO2 emissions of less than 140g/km. Seven of them also creep below the 120 g/km border.
Renault's roots with the RHS run even deeper, as the French marque is the official car supplier to one of the most prestigious events in the horticultural calendar, the Hampton Court Flower Show, 6th - 11th July 2010.
The Renault Modus will also be on display at several of the beautiful RHS gardens this summer. Among them, to catch a glimpse and experience Renault's award-winning small MPV. you can visit the RHS garden Wisley, Surrey on 26th/27th June 2010.Published 22 June 2010
