The Affordable Art Fair in London, the biannual exhibition of all forms of contemporary art is going from strength to strength. This spring, (17 - 20 March), it enters its sixth year in Battersea Park, London and six years of successful partnership with official car sponsor, Renault UK.
The range of art available at the fair is greater than ever. A record 130 galleries are displaying their work and, with paintings, sculpture, photography and original prints, all priced at under £3,000, there is something for every taste. Visitors include art novices as well as seasoned collectors, on the lookout for "undiscovered" talent.
In response to the growing popularity of fine art photography as a highly collectable acquisition, the fair is introducing, for the first time, a dedicated photography section, with works ranging from 1960s rock ‘n’ roll images through reportage to present-day fine art works.
Attractions include print-making workshops, a champagne bar, café and free crèche.
Transport to the Fair is assured by the Renault VIP fleet of silver Grand Espaces, providing a luxurious climate-controlled shuttle service between the Moat Hotel off Sloane Square and the marquee.
The Renault Grand Espace this year celebrates another milestone; twenty-one years since its inception, the car continues to be a benchmark in the increasingly competitive MPV sector.
