20 Proton GEN-2's Join Humberside Police Force

Humberside Police are so impressed by the Proton GEN-2 that the force has just ordered 20 GEN-2 GSX models from their local dealer, Maple Garage, Hull.
These are not the first Protons to be bought by Humberside Police. This latest vote of confidence comes after years of using Protons for police work.
Following a recent test drive, Alan Hocking from Humberside Police commented: "Having had excellent results from our current and past Protons it was a natural progression to evaluate the GEN-2. We have an operational area in which the GEN-2 will be a very suitable vehicle and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Proton and their local dealer, Maple Garage, in the future."
David Smith from Maple Garage was delighted with the order. "Maple Garage is pleased to continue our association with the Humberside Police with the new GEN-2, which we will supply and convert to run on LPG for Humberside Police."
