As summer arrives the appeal of a convertible car becomes ever stronger, and as a visit to the local dealership will reveal – Peugeot has all the answers. When the 206CC was launched to an eager public in 2000 it heralded a new era for affordable Coupé Cabriolet designs – a car that can accommodate four and a retractable metal roof that folds in seconds.

The outstanding success of the 206CC led to the launch of the exciting 307CC, a larger car that can not only accommodate four adults (and their luggage) in comfort but also pamper to their every need – and keep them safe.

With prices for the 206CC starting from as little as £14,920, there is no excuse not to have the car of your dreams this summer. Additionally, the new 206CC Quiksilver 1.6 limited edition offers a fantastic specification from only £14,995. Featuring metallic silver paint, alloy wheels, aluminium roll-over hoops and aluminium interior fittings, this model is strictly limited to 1000 vehicles. The 206CC range is available with either 1.6 litre, 110 bhp engine or the 2.0 litre, 138 bhp engine that features in the 206 GTi.

The 307CC, which was launched last autumn to wide critical acclaim, is available with either the 2.0 litre 138 bhp unit or the high performance 2.0 litre, 180 bhp engine, that first made its appearance in the superb 206 GTi 180. In addition to generous levels of standard equipment, the 307CC is also one of the safest convertibles on the road; six airbags and an automatic roll over protection system will ensure that families are kept safe when travelling in style during those long summer days.

All CC models are available with a variety of optional extras that include full leather upholstery, ‘Tiptronic’ automatic gearboxes and Peugeot’s RT3 integrated telematics system.
