Peugeot’s reputation for producing vehicles with outstanding dynamics will be further enhanced by the 407 which features double wishbone front suspension – a first on a Peugeot vehicle. The underlying specification of the 407 has been designed to meet Peugeot’s demanding requirements for road-holding, driveability and safety.
Seductive styling
The 407’s styling retains the ‘big-cat’ feel, but with its distinctive air intake – shaped like an open mouth – and its prominent badge, the 407 highlights two strong design features that mark a new stylistic approach for Peugeot. Sitting on large-diameter wheels, the overall effect is one of power, strength and security and a purposeful look that is able to convey the exceptional dynamic performance of the car.
