Peugeot Rings The Right Number With T-Mobile

Company car drivers at T-Mobile have dialled the right number with Peugeot, thanks to a driving day arranged by VELO, the company’s new fleet management and funding organisation.

The aim of the event, held at T-Mobile’s new head offices in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, was to introduce Peugeot and VELO to T-Mobile’s employees, and allow them to get behind the wheel of a wide variety of Peugeot cars including the 307 SW and new 807 people carrier.

Part of one of the largest global mobile telecommunications companies, T-Mobile currently has a fleet of 1,200 vehicles. It is the UK network of T-Mobile International, serving over 80 million mobile phone customers worldwide, and the company has a number of offices across the country.

Judith Ferris, purchasing manager at VELO said: “VELO is keen to assist drivers as much as possible in all areas of fleet operation, and the support of manufacturers such as Peugeot makes it possible for us to provide these driving days to corporate customers.

“Not only does it help in building and maintaining relationships with T-Mobile, and their employees, but it also gives company car drivers the opportunity to experience many different vehicles ensuring their final choice of car is an informed decision.”

VELO, part of The Motor Group, has over 10 years experience in providing vehicle management and funding solutions and is based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
