The already strong position of the Peugeot 407 in the user chooser fleets has just got stronger, with the introduction of free servicing through Peugeot Contract Hire.
The free servicing offer is available on both the saloon and SW models and all engine derivatives. It covers routine servicing undertaken for a period of up to three years or 60,000 miles, providing that the servicing is undertaken by a Peugeot authorised repairer.
This attractive offer, combined with the excellent driving performance of the Peugeot 407, means that fleets are sure to benefit.
The 407 offers two powerful, Euro IV compliant diesel engines providing drivers with an excellent choice in terms of fuel consumption and driving ability. The 110 bhp HDi turbocharged diesel engine produces an impressive maximum torque of 180 lb ft at 1,750 rpm and has a combined fuel consumption figure of 51.3 mpg (50.4 mpg SW). The diesel engines are also environmentally friendly with low CO2 levels of 145g/km for the 110 saloon and 148g/km for the 110 SW, putting the HDi 110 diesel in the lowest 15% tax bracket for company car drivers. The 136 HDi develops a maximum torque of 240 lb ft at 2,000 rpm with a combined fuel consumption of 47.9 mpg (47.1 mpg SW) and CO2 emissions of 155g/km for the saloon and 159g/km for the SW.
Nick Prescott, general manager at Peugeot Contract Hire says: "The 407 is our most high profile fleet car and has been hugely successful since its launch last year. The free servicing initiative demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction and, combined with a highly desirable and economical vehicle and low monthly rental makes a very tempting offer."
