Nissan has launched a new way for customers to search for their used vehicle through a web-based system called ‘SELECT’. Easily found within the current approved used vehicle locator on www.nissan.co.uk, ‘SELECT’ is different because it searches for vehicles directly from Nissan’s own fleet. That means the finest selection of nearly new Nissans on offer in the UK including many examples of the X-TRAIL, What MPV and 4x4? ’s ‘Used Car of the Year’. And even the odd 350Z.

SELECT taps into Nissan’s own company pool of vehicles which are all highly spec-ed, have travelled less than 10,000 miles and are all less than 12 months old. Being ex-management cars, they’ve also all been carefully looked after (yes, really).

Searching and purchasing could not be easier. Once the customer has logged on and located a vehicle through the dedicated site, they are asked to phone a specialist operator who will arrange delivery of the car to the customer’s nearest Nissan approved used centre. The customer can then meet the dealer to discuss any part exchange.

Should the car not suit the new owner’s requirements and as long as it is within 30 days from the date of purchase, he or she can choose to exchange the vehicle for something closer to their needs – all part of the 30 day exchange policy. But that’s not all, you also get the following benefits:

• Minimum of 2 years/50,000 miles of the original new vehicle warranty
• History check and mileage check ensuring product quality
• Multi-point check by Nissan qualified staff
• 12 months’ RAC cover
• MOT insurance for when the vehicle reaches 3 years old
• Free fitted carpet mats
