Nissan Has A New Best Friend

Nissan Micra

They say that dogs are a man’s best friend but the new Nissan Micra has proven to be the chosen companion for Best Friends Group, one of the largest independent veterinary groups in Europe.

Best Friends Group has recently taken delivery of 29 Micra 1.2S, ordered through Smith’s in Peterborough to replace the fleet of old shape Micras. All fully sign written, the Micras will be used by practice staff across 30 sites in the UK.

Having used Nissan as a solus provider of company vehicles for over four years, Andrew Bennett, Director Principal, Best Friends Group was confident in choosing the new Micra. He said: "Nissan is well placed to meet all of our vehicle needs and we currently have the Cabstar, Almera and X-TRAIL on our fleet in addition to the Micra. We have been impressed with the Micra’s reliability and practicality and did not hesitate in renewing our fleet of 29 vehicles when the new Micra came out."

David Murfitt, Fleet Sales Director, Nissan Motors (GB) said: "Our relationship with Best Friends Group is an excellent way of demonstrating how Nissan is able to fulfil the needs of a fleet across a wide range of requirements including commercial vehicles, executive travel and small practical vehicles. Our continued commitment to the fleet side of our business is proving to be successful for us as a business and beneficial to our customers."
