The Nissan LEAF offers a range of up to 100mile between charges courtesy on the electric motor and inverter and has been named European Car of the Year and the top 5 star safety rating by Euro NCAP.

At EcoVelocity 2011, taking place at Battersea Power Station, Nissan will showcase the Nissan Micra DIG-S engine alongside the 100 per cent Nissan LEAF.

Both the Nissan LEAF and Micra DIG-S will be on display during the event, with the LEAF being made available for test drives on EcoVelocity's specially constructed track.

The Nissan Micra DIG-S features a direct injection engine with a supercharger, offering 98PS and 142Nm with CO2 emissions of 95g/km for the manual and 115g/km for the CVT version.
