As the number of cars requiring vehicle-specific oil continues to rise, car care specialist, Comma, continues its march through Europe by launching the latest in its Performance Motor Oil for French marques, Citroën and Peugeot.

A total of 52% of cars included in Comma’s renowned Application Guide now require vehicle-specific oil, and the VAG group and General Motors are now making the use of specific oil grades a condition of many of their warranties.

Pro-Tech 5w30 meets the exacting requirements for 27 petrol and diesel models of car and van from the French manufacturers, as well as several vehicles built by Swedish marque, Volvo.

The fully-synthetic oil is also specially formulated for vehicles fitted with exhaust after-treatment units, and provides motorists with an alternative to oil sold by main dealers.

Comma now produces oil in its PMO range covering manufacturers that represent an eighth of Europe, including cars from the UK, Germany, the Czech Republic and Spain.
