Talex Goes From Strength To Strength

TALEX 1, the manufacturer of the UK’s most affordable voice-based safety camera warning system, has appointed three new members of staff to further strengthen its focus on customer service. Simon Webb and Liam Starling add their expertise to the technical support team, while Matthew Selman joins to support the company’s administration team.

Simon Webb brings six years’ retail knowledge and customer experience to assist with front line sales calls and dealer enquiries. In addition, Liam Starling’s previous experience on helpdesks and at customer locations brings the skill to determine problems and provide solutions, often with little information, as well as the ability to handle more in-depth technical queries. Matthew Selman, on the other hand, puts his expertise to use in supporting the TALEX head office, using his organisational talent to handle complex administration duties and shipping requirements.

"These new appointments bring a wealth of experience and enthusiasm that will further strengthen our focus on customer service," commented Nigel Carter, Sales and Marketing Director at TALEX. "The appointments reflect the rapid growth of our business in a relatively short space of time, as well as the need for experienced technical staff."
