  • Northern Europe database now available free of charge

RoadPilot Ltd, pioneers of GPS based speed camera locators and developers of one of the largest and most accurate databases of camera locations in Europe, today announced price reductions to its product line and the availability of its International speed camera location database to existing and new customers at no extra cost to the annual subscription.

From today (Monday 4 July 2005) the price of Micro RoadPilot, the world’s smallest GPS electronic driving aid, will be reduced from £399.95 to £299.95. The price of RoadPilot Pro will be reduced from £499.95 to £399.95.

Additionally, RoadPilot has now included its International database of speed camera locations. The database includes locations for speed cameras in the UK, France, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Norway. By the autumn of this year, the database will be extended to include Austria, Switzerland, Sweden and Denmark.

“RoadPilot constantly looks to innovate and improve its product line and also to streamline its manufacturing and logistics processes,” comments James Flynn OBE, CEO of RoadPilot. “Due to significant improvements in the manufacturing cycle and continued high volume demand for our products we took the decision to reduce the price of our product line. RoadPilot believes that its products and operations represent the best value for money, not only in terms of price but also for product functionality and customer support.”
