Eurochem Automotive Cleaning Chemicals Sales Rise

Mid Wales based Eurochem's Managing Director Stuart Grimshaw has spearheaded an old fashioned marketing campaign and increased overall sales by 19% and taken back a market share of UK and international business by taking the time to send individually hand written sales letters to its database of new and existing company Principals.

This attention to detail has lead to several large orders and opportunities for future business by creating a relationship between the companies. Inquiries and orders have come from areas such as Japan, Germany, Poland, India, and countries in South America that had previously been difficult markets. Stuart Grimshaw says, "Companies mainly depend on emails to generate new sales leads but I must say that whenever I receive a hand written letter on my desk I will always give it my full attention and therefore I decided to adopt the same theory to our own sales techniques."

Eurochem is a leading manufacture of automotive cleaning chemicals and equipment for the auto, aviation, marine and janitorial industries.

Manufacturing and sending products to international customers has been part of Eurochem's business for many years. Local representatives in various countries have been very beneficial with language issues, as well as being the on site link in determining the requirements and best ways to meet the customer's needs.

Our sales and marketing team have always been very innovative in its approach to reaching new business and sharing its expertise and 20 years of experience in the cleaning chemical industry. The recent market slow down has called for exceptional efforts beyond normal creativity. A personal note, an upgraded website, and the continued vision to provide high quality products and exceptional customer service, with custom chemical formulations to meet individual specifications, has put Eurochem ahead of less assertive rivals.
