New Digital Power Sound Module
The Digital Power Sound Module (DPSM) is the latest and loudest addition to MINI’s range of in-car entertainment accessories. Approximately three times more powerful than the average home stereo, the DPSM has a full range digital amplifier that kicks out an awesome 660 watts of power.
With a whisper measuring around 30 decibels, normal conversation approximately 60 decibels and screams from a concert crowd reaching126 decibels¹, the DPSM’s ability to produce128 decibels of sound through its six high performance speakers make it the ultimate in-car accessory for music-mad MINI owners, who like their tunes played loud and clear.
Trevor Houghton-Berry, General Manager MINI UK said: "The addition of DPSM to MINI’s extensive list of accessories gives MINI owners even greater scope to personalise their car. MINI may be a small car but it thinks big, and in the case of the DPSM, loud. "
The Digital Power Sound Module is a retro-fit accessory and is priced at £995 including fitting. It can only be fitted in conjunction with Radio BOOST².
The Digital Power Sound Module is on sale in the UK from 20 October and is available from any official MINI dealership.
