On 9 July, 2004 Phoenix Venture Holdings Limited announced that it had agreed to sell the parts business of MG Rover Group to Caterpillar Logistics Services (UK) Limited.
Following receipt of regulatory approval the acquisition was completed on 27 August, 2004.
