MG Rover's Longbridge Call Centre Is The Best

MG Rover Group’s Longbridge-based contact centre is officially the best in the UK, following an independent survey carried out by Call Centre Focus (CCF). CCF is a monthly publication aimed at call centre professionals.
MG Rover Group and 25 other household names such as First Choice Holidays, Dyson and Telewest Broadband were contacted 15 times a month and benchmarked against four main criteria: quality of welcome, handling of the enquiry, response to the enquiry and relationship and close of call.
MG Rover’s Longbridge call centre achieved the highest scores in all four categories which were scored against a six monthly league table called Benchmark with a total score of 37.05 out of a possible total of 40.
MG Rover Group Call Centre Manager, Matt Dallaway, said: "With the current trend for large international companies to move call centres overseas it gives us a great sense of achievement, that our Longbridge based call centre has been recognised for its high level of customer service in only its second year of operation."
