Mercedes-Benz Unveils Prices For Its Summer Stars

With summer just around the corner, Mercedes-Benz has unveiled prices and specifications for its latest open-topped cars. The full range of the all-new CLK-Class Cabriolet arrives in UK Mercedes-Benz retailers on 19 June, with the range-topping SL 600 Roadster taking to the roads on 1 June.

Both cars combine stunning looks with remarkable practicality, offering peerless motoring for their occupants. In case the British summer weather is inclement, fully automatic hoods are standard equipment across both ranges. Showing the roofless efficiency for which Mercedes-Benz is renowned, the SL-Class Roadster has a remarkable three-piece metal vario-roof, while the CLK-Class Cabriolet has an advanced, lightning-proof fabric hood.

CLK-Class Cabriolet

The new Cabriolet range, which features higher levels of standard equipment than before, starts from £31,245 on the road for the CLK 200 KOMPRESSOR model.

Featuring sleek styling and advanced technology throughout, the new CLK-Class Cabriolet is the latest in a long line of prestigious four-seat convertibles from Mercedes-Benz. Added to new engines are outstanding aerodynamic figures (a Cd value of 0.30), low interior noise levels and a spacious boot (390 litres).

All models in the range are available from launch, including the high performance CLK 55 AMG, never before available as an official factory model.
