Dedicated Van Service Centre Opens In London

Mercedes Benz Brentford Van Service Centre

Sprinter and Vito owners and operators in London will now be able to use a dedicated van service centre at Mercedes-Benz Brentford.

The brand new centre, which has been specially designed to accommodate light commercial vehicles, brings together seven technicians and a management team, all with specific CV after-sales experience.

Ian Frith, service manager at the new workshop, said: "We will be able to service between 20-25 vans each day and we will offer competitive labour rates for repairs and servicing.

"Vans were previously serviced at the main Mercedes-Benz site in Great West Road, but parking and work space was a real headache, so this is an important step forward for our customers."

Although the technicians have received specialist training for the Vito and Sprinter products, they are also equipped to deal with Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and will assist the other MB London workshops with overflow work as necessary.
