As part of the second product offensive and drive towards unparalleled quality, Mercedes-Benz announces a number of significant additions to its range. These latest models feature an exciting SPORT Edition for the C-Class range, a new V6 engine for the award winning SLK-Class Roadster and acclaimed new diesel power for the C-Class and E-Class.
These new engines will see diesel power introduced into the groundbreaking CLS-Class range for the first time, providing the ultimate package of saloon practicality, coupé looks and diesel economy mated to advanced diesel power.
New C-Class SPORT Edition - the sporting choice for C-Class
Mercedes-Benz announces a new specification alongside the traditional Classic, Classic SE, Elegance SE and Avantgarde SE trim levels within the new generation C-Class range. The new ‘SPORT Edition’ trim adds a number of exclusive performance, interior and exterior parts along with AMG bodystyling, creating a particularly sporty package.
The appointment, costing £1830, combines sure-footed handling with improved levels of grip through larger tyres and sports tuned suspension. Inside, exclusive sports equipment is added for a more direct and sporty drive than standard specification.
This additional sporting specification is available across the C-Class body styles - Saloon, Estate and Sports Coupe - apart from the C 55 AMG. Included in the high value SPORT Edition package is:
