Significant Revision To Mazda6 CO2 And Economy Data

Effective on all vehicles registered from 13 November, Mazda Motor Corporation has revised its official published CO₂ figures and fuel consumption data for a number of its models which include the Mazda6, with a significant favourable impact on company car taxation and whole life costs.

Mazda has re-homologated the following models, and revised the published fuel consumption and CO₂ data accordingly. In all cases the data has improved, and Company Car tax bandings have dropped by one or two bands.

A company car driver paying 40% tax and buying a Mazda6 2.0 5dr TS² will now be paying £131.20 less per year in Company Car Tax.
