A Consumer Association press release issued by Which? dated Thursday 6 May 2004 has incorrectly cited Mazda as a company which has a restricted warranty programme forcing customers to use their own franchised dealers. This is factually incorrect and Mazda will be requesting that the Consumer Association publish a correction.
