The Chester-based Mitchell Group has developed its quest to deliver the ultimate customer experience even further with faster, free car washing now available in just twenty minutes every Saturday for life, for new and existing Mazda customers.
The group, which opened its Mitchell Mazda and Skoda showrooms in August, has invested in a new, high-powered car washing machine to improve its innovative ‘Wash and Go’ service. Local businessman and Mitchell Group managing director Mark Mitchell is determined to run the most customer-friendly car dealerships in the country.
"The Mitchell Group has always believed in giving something back to our loyal customers and now with this new machine we can do that even more efficiently," commented Mr Mitchell. "Improving the free ‘Wash and Go’ service is another step towards the final goal of offering unrivalled customer satisfaction levels in both our sales and after-sales departments."
Mitchell Mazda, located adjacent to the Cheshire Oaks shopping village, is housed in a brand new, state-of-the-art £2.5 million complex. Novel features inside include a £40,000 first class airline-style customer lounge where people can relax with unlimited free beverages and pastries. In addition, four computer workstations are set up for customers on a complimentary basis to use the Internet.
