In Germany, the Mazda3 scored more points than any other of the 117 models surveyed and was named overall winner.

JD Powers Customer Satisfaction Surveys for 2011 in germany and the United Kingdom have named Mazda customers as some of the most satisfied. Around 17000 car owners were asked to rate their car for driving dynamics, handling, low ownership costs, mechanical reliability and interior quality.

In Germany, the Mazda3 scored more points than any other of the 117 models surveyed and was named overall winner. The Mazda2 won the sub-contact segment. Overall, Mazda placed in third place among the 28 brands included in the survey.
