The Quattroporte is built in the historic Maserati factory complex on Viale Ciro Menotti in Modena. The factory is now one of the most advanced small series production facilities in the world, combining traditional hand-crafting techniques with cutting-edge technologies. Over the last couple of years, the factory has been completely renovated to guarantee the absolutely highest production standards. After being minutely examined and controlled in the engine running-in and testing area where its torque and power output are verified, each new Quattroporte is put through its paces by our professional test-drivers in a tough 100-kilometre test drive. Each Quattroporte is covered by the Europe-wide Maserati Assistance programme which offers a host of services to clients for the entire duration of the warranty period.
In the countries serviced by our Europ-Assistance * partners (who can be contacted via a dedicated toll-free number 24 hours a day), owners can request road-side assistance, a replacement car, a taxi to and from their courtesy car, retrieval of their repaired car, medical assistance (in Italy and Abroad) with a driver available if necessary, coverage of journey home and overnight stays and emergency expenses where necessary. There is also a service offering motoring and Official Maserati Assistance Network information.

Quattroporte clients also benefit from a piece of mind Maintenance Programme. This is free of charge world-wide** and guarantees the client coverage of the first three scheduled services up to 50,000 km (31,000 miles) which must be carried out within 36 months.
For cars sold in Europe, the Programme also offers owners the opportunity to service their vehicle at any Maserati dealership of choice.
Finance and insurance service
Special finance and insurance packages are available through Maserati Customer Services. These products can be tailored to suit each client’s individual needs and to facilitate the purchase and use of the car.
The insurance packages include personalised Fire, Theft and Kasko policies (fully comprehensive insurance policies) arranged through leading brokers and underwritten by prestigious insurance companies.

Internet and car configurator
Maserati launched its first dedicated Trident website in 2000 and success soon followed as it was voted world’s best luxury car site in 2002. There is now also a dedicated Quattroporte site which includes a car configurator.
