The General Manager, Operations role is responsible for ensuring the Lexus brand proposition is progressed through all industry sectors; retail local business, national fleet and the contract hire leasing market. The primary focus of the role is maintaining excellent standards of customer care and loyalty, while ensuring the appointment and development of high quality Lexus centres.

"I am confident John will prove to be an experienced and valuable asset to the Lexus team supporting the continual development of strong business partnerships with Lexus centres throughout the UK in 2002," commented Stuart McCullough Lexus Director.

Commenting on his new role John Thomson said: "It is a great time to join Lexus with the recent tremendous result achieved in the 2002 J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Survey - we now need to hold on to this foundation. Together, with our business partners, we must appreciate the importance of the sales process and ensure that each customer has a positive interaction every time."
