The 2010 Land Rover Discovery 4 prices have been announced with the new Discovery 4 going on sale in the UK from 1st September 2009.
The new Land Rover Discovery 4 has been significantly revised and updated and features new refined and powerful engines, completely redesigned interiors and a host of new technologies - all of which ensure greater customer value. The pricing structure will reflect the increase in the level of specification over the predecessor 2009 MY products.
The new 2.7 litre TDV6 Discovery 4 GS features 6-speed manual transmission, 18" alloy wheels, LED front side lights and rear tail lights, 4-corner independent air suspension, Terrain Response, Dynamic Stability Control with Trailer Stability Assist, Roll Stability Control, Bluetooth phone system, diesel misfuel protection device, 7 seats, 5" TFT information display, keyless push button start and cloth seat facings. Prices start at £31,995.
The £34,495 3.0 litre TDV6 Discovery 4 GS comes as standard with 19" 7-spoke alloy wheels and 6-speed adaptive automatic transmission featuring CommandShift.
The 3.0 litre TDV6 Discovery 4 XS, priced at £40,495, comes equipped with Cruise Control, Front Park Distance Control, front foglamps, automatic headlights, rain sensing windscreen wipers, leather seats with manual adjustment, heated front seats, 9 speaker harman/kardon audio system, touch-screen hard-disc drive navigation, iPod/USB connectivity module and roof rails.
With prices from £47,695, the 3.0 litre TDV6 Discovery 4 HSE is equipped with 19" 7-split spoke alloy wheels, Automatic High Beam Assist, Bi-xenon front headlamps, rear view camera with parking aid, keyless entry, electric front sunroof with 2 fixed glass rear 'alpine' roofs, premium 'Windsor' leather seat facings, premium carpet mats, wood finish end caps and centre console uprights, 8-way adjustable electric driver and passenger seats, electrically adjustable side bolsters for driver's seat, keyless entry, harman/kardon premium audio system with 14 speakers and DSP amplifier and premium hard-disc drive navigation with TMC 4x4 interface and voice control.
The new 2010 Discovery 4 year line-up will all be on show at the Goodwood Festival of Speed between July 3rd -5th 2009. Land Rover will be offering Festival goers test drives of the Freelander 2 TD4_e, the world's first SUV with intelligent stop-start technology - around the Goodwood estate, and will showcase its vehicles' supreme capabilities on 'Terrapod' - the man-made off-road demonstration unit.Published 1 April 2009
